Tom Shropshire is the founding owner, a Director and Principal of elev8. Tom has in excess of twenty years Executive Search experience headhunting in the IT, Technology and Digital markets of Australia, Southeast Asia and the UK.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>

Our business model allows him to directly manage the relationship with the client whilst professionally supported by a highly experienced back office research function.
