In 2014 elev8 established an Executive Interim Consulting division. This was in response to the demand from the market for the same high calibre professionals appearing on elev8’s permanent shortlist presentations but who could be hired in a consulting or interim capacity. To date, the biggest demand has been in the GM/CXO and Program Delivery space and continues to grow as Executive Resources on Demand increases to meet modern business operating models.

The process is meritocratic, focusing on change management and the ability to influence, guide and execute transformation. This includes the identification of individual motivation, environmental and situational preferences, leadership, emotional intelligence, influencing skills and responsiveness to providing advisory as well as execution ability.

Tom Shropshire is the founding owner, a Director and Principal of elev8. Tom has in excess of twenty years Executive Search experience headhunting in the IT, Technology and Digital markets of Australia, Southeast Asia and the UK.
Our business model allows him to directly manage the relationship with the client whilst professionally supported by a highly experienced back office research function. All elev8 researchers and consultants possess proven local and international experience and have been handpicked to reflect and continue the high ethical and moral standards that elev8 is recognised for.
Areas of expertise includes the placement of senior level Technology and Business Managers including CIO’s, CTO’s, CDO’s, CISO and Advisory Partners through to Program Directors and Departmental Managers (Strategy, Architecture, Security, Digital, Transformation).
Tom graduated from Liverpool University in the UK with a BA (Hons) in Ancient History & Archaeology and went on to complete a Masters Degree in European Public Administration with Distinction.
